Product Description Ascar Rough Rock is a textured ready to be used paint finish. It is formulated by using high quality pigments, special pure acrylic resin, marble aggregates and special additives to protect the surface from all weather changes. It offers a fungal, mould and algae free surface. It is best for all weather conditions.It has a longer life span due to its thick coating and resistance to fungus and algae growth. It has water and fire resistance strength and crack free features. Surface Preparation: Clean the entire surface dry; remove loose flakes dust or grease. On new unpainted surface apply one coat of Ascar emulsion undercoat. Previously painted surface should be sanded, cleaned and a coat of emulsion undercoat applied. Application Stir well before and during painting, Pre-test your sample before main painting, Can be applied using brush, stainless steel, trowel and plastic trowel. It can be applied on interior and exterior surface such as concrete, brickwork, hardboards or plastered surface. TEXTURED PAINT It should be applied by skilled painters with technical knowledge of producing desired effects. Finish Rock like finish, 0.5 mm size textured finish,1.0mm size textured finish, 2.0mm size textured finish, 3.0mm size textured finish. Drying Time Touch dry takes 1 hour, Full dry takes overnight Thinning All the products can be applied without thinning or add little clean water. DO NOT OVER THIN. Caution Keep out of reach of children and avoid skin contact. Use protective gear when painting, Ventilate all painting areas, Store the product in a cold dry well ventilated place.
